A global team, one date, one venue
Aidoc needed to bring 150 people together for their global kickoff and did not have the hours to run a venue search on top of everything else a GKO takes. They wanted a single point of contact to source, hold and contract a property that could carry the whole group and the working sessions that come with a kickoff.

We worked the market and landed on Emeline, a boutique hotel in downtown Charleston with the meeting space and the room block to host the full team. We held availability and ran the back and forth with the property so Aidoc did not have to.

On the booked contract we secured the meeting room rental waived, ten suite upgrades at the group rate, four VIP welcome amenities, a 10 percent attrition allowance, a 10 percent discount on AV, complimentary internet in guest rooms and meeting space, and waived handling fees on the first ten boxes in and out. All agreed before they signed.
