Alloy came to us with one in-house planner, a hard set of requirements (single occupancy rooms, activities on site, an easy ride from New York City) and not enough bandwidth to chase venues. We came back with Crystal Springs Resort, a property their team would never have found on their own, and a platform that let one person run a three day, 240 person event end to end.
A short list of venues that actually fit
Alloy needed single occupancy rooms for almost everyone, activities on site, and a venue an easy drive or train from New York City. That combination cuts the field of workable venues down fast. Their team did not have the time to research it all, so we did. We surfaced Crystal Springs Resort and made the case for it, a property they told us flat out they would never have found on their own.
One planner, a whole company to move
Alloy runs lean. One person owns events, supported by volunteers. That one person was planning the entire three day program, from wake up to lights out, plus transportation in and out. Our platform gave them a single organized place to compare venues, share options with their head of HR, and keep the whole event straight, so it felt manageable instead of overwhelming.
Negotiated at the table, not just sourced
Sourcing was only half of it. When the food and beverage program threatened to push the budget past plan, we worked directly with the venue to trim the meal package and hold the line. The in-platform messaging tool let Alloy ask the resort precise questions before signing, the kind a planner needs answered to feel confident committing.

Alloy pulled off a polished 240 person offsite with a team of one and walked away wanting to do it again. They are already planning their next annual event with us, this time bringing in our event planner and on-site support so their one person is not carrying the entire weight alone.
