A 100 person company retreat at an all-inclusive Caribbean resort, sourced end to end

NewRocket wanted to take 100 people somewhere that felt like a reward, not a conference. We sourced Club Med Miches Playa Esmeralda on the Dominican Republic coast, an all-inclusive buyout-style stay, and negotiated the meeting space, upgrades and welcome reception on top of the package.
A reward, not a conference room
NewRocket's brief was a destination that would land as a genuine team reward for 100 people. We pointed them to Club Med Miches Playa Esmeralda, an all-inclusive resort on the Dominican Republic's Esmeralda coast where food, drinks and activities are built into one rate, which keeps a big group's budget predictable.
Negotiated on top of all-inclusive
All-inclusive does not mean there is nothing left to negotiate. We pulled in a complimentary meeting room with basic AV for the working sessions, a daily coffee break, a VIP room upgrade for the group leader, a staff room at half price, free daily wifi, a complimentary one hour cocktail reception, and an additional 5% off the rate.
The logistics, handled
Sourcing, contracting and the room block ran through us and a dedicated trip designer, so NewRocket's team could plan the agenda and the experience rather than chase a resort overseas on rates and meeting space.
A clean offsite for a distributed team
For a company that brings its people together from across regions, a single all-inclusive base removed most of the on-the-ground friction, one resort, one rate, the meeting space and the perks already locked in before anyone booked a flight.
