PFF was bringing 125 people together for a summer retreat and wanted a downtown Cincinnati hotel that could hold the full group, the general sessions, and the breakouts in one place. Sourcing a single property that does all of that, then getting it to a workable number, takes time their team did not have to spend.

We landed on the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, a downtown property with the room block and the meeting space a company retreat needs, and held it while we worked the contract. PFF did not have to chase the venue or run the back and forth.
Meeting space, negotiated to zero
On the booked contract we got the meeting space rental all waived. On an event this size the function space is one of the biggest line items, and taking it off the deal is real money kept in the budget.
