The concessions we built into the deal
On the booked contract we secured one complimentary room for every 35 paid, one VIP welcome amenity for every 20 rooms, one comped general session meeting room, a dedicated conference services coordinator at no admin fee, complimentary site inspection room nights, group rates three days pre and post, and a 10 percent discount on in house AV.
