We sourced and shortlisted across Lisbon, Amsterdam and Budapest and landed the team on the Park Inn by Radisson in Amsterdam.
A global R&D team, a hard set of constraints
Signifyd wanted a 150 person R&D summit in Europe on a $250k budget, with attendees from the UK, Brazil, Budapest and the US. Holy Week conflicts, a Netherlands holiday week and visa complications for some travelers all had to be designed around, on a tight planning window.
Sourced across three cities
We narrowed the field to Europe, prioritizing locations without visa friction, and requested quotes across a shortlist of Lisbon, Amsterdam and Budapest venues, weighing meeting space, room capacity, walkability and cost. The team selected the Park Inn by Radisson in Amsterdam.

We ran the venue platform, gathered and compared quotes, and centralized outreach and follow-up so Signifyd's leadership could decide between clear options rather than chase hotels across time zones. This builds on a smaller Signifyd retreat we ran previously.
