A 136 person all-hands at Skamania Lodge, with nearly $15,000 in negotiated concessions

Superhuman needed to bring 136 people together for an all-hands on the West Coast, with real meeting space and a budget to respect. We came back with Skamania Lodge in the Columbia River Gorge, the contract negotiated down to a reduced room rate, a cut resort fee, complimentary room nights and waived meeting-room rental, roughly $14,840 in concessions in all.
A growing team, one all-hands to run
Superhuman was scaling and wanted its full team, 136 people, together on the West Coast with proper general session and breakout space, without blowing the budget. We had already run smaller Superhuman offsites, so the team came back to us for the big one.
Skamania, sourced and negotiated
We landed on Skamania Lodge in the Columbia River Gorge and went to work on the contract. We pulled the room rate down an extra $15 to $244, cut the resort fee to $20 from $37, secured complimentary room nights worth a $2,440 master-account credit, and got the meeting-room rental waived, roughly $14,840 of concessions in total.
The logistics, off their plate
Sourcing, contracting, the room block, AV and the on-site details ran through us, so Superhuman's team could focus on the program and the people instead of negotiating fees line by line.
A relationship, not a one-off
The all-hands was the largest of four events Superhuman has run with TeamOut, alongside a 112 person retreat and two leadership offsites. The kind of repeat business that only comes when the events keep landing.
