Workera wanted to bring 90 people to the Riviera Maya, an all inclusive resort where the team could meet during the day and have everything else handled. Sourcing the right property and then negotiating an all inclusive group contract takes time and leverage their team did not have to spend.
Paradisus La Perla, sourced and negotiated
We landed on Paradisus La Perla, an adults only resort in Playa del Carmen, and went to work on the package. On all inclusive deals the value lives in the concessions, so we pushed for complimentary rooms, upgrades, comped events, and free meeting space.
The package we built into the deal
On the booked contract we secured one complimentary room for every 20 paid, one upgrade and amenity for every 20 paid, a complimentary one hour welcome reception with an hors d'oeuvres station, a three hour private dinner with open bar, complimentary use of the meeting spaces and a staff office, a complimentary hospitality desk, private group check in, and discounts on cabanas, spa, and AV.
