As a Certified travel agency, TeamOut is able to collect commissions from venues. We're occasionally charged clients for additional services including event planning, or we charge a mark-up for booking of houses.
Teams of all sizes can plan retreats with TeamOut - from a team of 5 to 300 people.
Though we can work within any timeframe, it's often better to plan things at least two months in advance to get the best price and location.
Companies spend between $1200 and $2500 per employee per team retreat on average. This price includes all costs, including flights, accommodation, food, and activities.
Our company does not book flights directly, but we can refer you to a travel partner with whom we work frequently.
TeamOut has taken a number of measures to make your life easier as you navigate COVID complications related to your offsite planning.
COVID Score
We rate each property according to its covid risk (for example, number of recent cases in the area, space outside, proximity to an hospital) on a scale of 0 to 5.
COVID KIT and test
We send a Covid kit to your team outing location so your members have the equipment they need to stay safe and get tested prior to departure; we can also schedule a PCR test on site if your team is required to take one before returning home.
Cancellation Policies
We aim to work with venues with excellent cancellation and postponement policies so moving your event or getting your money back isn't a concern. If some of our properties don't offer the flexibility you need, we are also offering a travel insurance Cancel for any reason with our travel partner. With this insurance you'll get 100% of your money if you cancel for any reason.
