Facilitated Team Building program
For adults who want a more extensive Team Building Program based on specific goals, our low ropes facilitated programs with experienced instructors focus on active interactions designed for guests to step outside of their typical comfort zones. We highlight the potential strengths of team task completion and the challenges of processes such as communication, group decision making, and task sharing/delegation. Our program is regularly described as fun, engaging, challenging, sometimes frustrating, thought-provoking, and personally enlightening. It will start with ice breakers, then move to focused initiatives based on your goals (like leadership & problem solving skills), then end with debriefs that you can take back to your everyday life. The group will walk away knowing more about themselves and each other and hopefully shed light on some ideas the team can develop and implement long term.

The facility includes 35-45 top-rope routes, nearly 50 bouldering problems, and a 46-foot tall spire for sport and top rope climbing.

On the way out, you'll have an opportunity to hop in the streams for a dip. Depending on water levels, our secret locations may include laid back waterslides or a more adrenaline-pumping plunge!
