A hands-on artisan cheese-making workshop where teams learn the craft of Wisconsin cheesemaking from a certified master cheesemaker. Groups make their own fresh cheese curds and mozzarella while competing in a cheese knowledge trivia challenge and tasting competition. A deeply local culinary experience in America's Dairyland.
