This combined chocolate and coffee plantation tour takes corporate groups through the full bean-to-bar and bean-to-cup process on a working farm near San Jose. Teams pick cacao pods, roast coffee beans, and participate in a tasting competition that naturally creates friendly team rivalry. The cultural immersion component gives international teams a shared reference point for the rest of the retreat. Private group bookings include a farm-to-table lunch.
