Description
The Second City, the legendary improv theater that launched the careers of Tina Fey and Stephen Colbert, runs corporate workshops that use improv comedy techniques to build communication, creativity, and psychological safety in teams. Sessions are led by professional comedians and last 2-3 hours. The exercises are designed so that even introverts feel comfortable participating, and the laughter genuinely breaks down workplace hierarchies. Their Wells Street theater accommodates groups of 15 to 200 people.
