For adults who want a more extensive Team Building Program based on specific goals, our low ropes facilitated programs with experienced instructors focus on active interactions designed for guests to step outside of their typical comfort zones. We highlight the potential strengths of team task completion and the challenges of processes such as communication, group decision making, and task sharing/delegation. Our program is regularly described as fun, engaging, challenging, sometimes frustrating, thought-provoking, and personally enlightening. It will start with ice breakers, then move to focused initiatives based on your goals (like leadership & problem solving skills), then end with debriefs that you can take back to your everyday life.
