Wines of Colorado in Old Colorado City runs private group wine blending workshops where teams create their own custom wine blend from Colorado-grown varietals. The 2-hour session includes a guided tasting of 6-8 wines, education on blending principles, and a hands-on blending competition where teams design and label their own bottle. The workshop format naturally creates conversation and collaboration, and each participant takes home a bottle of their blend. Accommodates groups of up to 30 people.
