French by birth, American by heart.
I've always been hooked on what happens when people come together. I started at Red Bull, helping build the events and activations that made the brand famous for bringing communities together, then organized large-scale tech conferences in San Francisco. Everywhere, the same pattern: the most memorable moments were never about budgets or venues. They were about how people felt and who they met.
I met Vincent in college. We started organizing events together, moved to California to build, and in 2022 started TeamOut (Y Combinator W22) because company events deserve the same creativity and care as the world's best experiences. Along the way: former competitive athlete, first employee at Voxeet (acquired by Dolby), ten years in the United States. Today I split my time between Miami and Lisbon.
